What are Avatar-Based Campaigns?

Campaign Library v2.2 introduces 33 brand-new avatar-based campaigns designed around 11 distinct recruiting avatars — from newly licensed agents to team and franchise leaders. Each avatar gets outreach campaigns tailored to their motivations and career stage, so you can speak directly to what matters most to the agents you want to recruit.

How Avatar Campaigns Work

Each of the 11 avatars has:

  • 2 outreach variations — one call-focused and one video/social-focused — so you can match your approach to the agent type
  • 1 nurture campaign — automatically kicks in after outreach completes (Day 49, following a 21-day cooldown) to keep long-term relationships warm without manual busywork
  • Richer task content — detailed call scripts, social media scripts, and voice note steps so you never have to guess what to say

Using Lead Magnets with Avatar Campaigns

Each avatar campaign includes an HTML email step where you can link directly to your lead magnet. Here is how to set it up:

  1. Download the lead magnet for the avatar from the Google Drive folder
  2. Customize it to reflect your brokerage branding, contact info, and value proposition
  3. Save it as a PDF and upload it into your BrokerKit document library
  4. Link to the lead magnet in the HTML email step of the outreach campaign
  5. Enable click tracking so you can see exactly who opens and engages with your lead magnet — giving you warm leads ready for follow-up

Tip: Use click tracking on the lead magnet link to identify which contacts are actively engaging. Those clicks are your hottest leads — reach out to them first!

Getting Started

  1. Open the Campaign Library in BrokerKit
  2. Scroll to the avatar that matches the agent type you want to recruit
  3. Choose the call-focused or video/social-focused outreach variation
  4. Customize the lead magnet (download from Google Drive), save as PDF, and upload to your BrokerKit library
  5. Update the HTML email step with your lead magnet link
  6. Launch the campaign and watch the clicks roll in
