How Relitix radius changes affect Agent Alert tracking

The Distance To Closest Office radius controls which agents Relitix returns on future imports. After you save a new radius, Brokerkit uses the updated condition the next time the query runs.

Changing the radius does not retroactively remove agents already tracked by that query:

• Reducing the radius affects future import results only.
• While Pull Agent Alerts remains enabled, agents returned by later imports are added to the query's tracking records.
• Turning Pull Agent Alerts off clears the existing tracking records for that query.

If you want a smaller future result set without clearing existing tracked agents, reduce the radius and leave Pull Agent Alerts enabled.
