Yes. Admin and Staff users on texting-enabled teams can send bulk texts from Recruiting.
You can send bulk texts from:
- Recruiting Contacts
- Job Candidates
- Advanced Filter Contacts
- Advanced Filter Candidates
To send a bulk text in Recruiting:
- Open the Recruiting list you want to work from.
- Select the leads or candidates you want to contact.
- Click Send Text from the bulk actions.
- Review your message, texting limits, and any compliance prompts.
- Send or schedule the text.
Bulk texting in Recruiting uses the same Send Text workflow as Retention. If you have not set up texting yet, you will need a Brokerkit texting number before sending texts.
