How Do I Change My Password?

Short answer: Click Set or reset your password on the BrokerKit login page at getbrokerkit.com — you'll get a password reset link by email. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft SSO, your password is managed there, not in BrokerKit.

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you forgot your password or want to reset it:

  1. Go to getbrokerkit.com and click Log In.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Set or reset your password.

  4. Check your email for the password reset link.

  5. Click the link and set a new password.

If you don't see the reset email, check spam/junk. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

Login Options for All Users

All Brokerkit users—regardless of role (Admin, Staff, Agent, or Affiliate)—can log in using any of these methods:

  1. Single Sign-On (Google or Microsoft) - Click "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft" on the login page

  2. Email and Password - Enter your email and password

  3. Email me a link - Request a one-time sign-in link sent to your email (no password required)

Changing Your Password Step-by-Step

If you log in with Google or Microsoft SSO:
Your password is managed by Google or Microsoft, not Brokerkit. To change it:

If you log in with email/password:
Visit getbrokerkit.com, click Log In, enter your email, and click Set or reset your password to receive a password reset link.

If you prefer no password at all:
Use the Email me a link option to receive a one-time sign-in link via email.

Why We Recommend SSO for Admin/Staff

While all login methods work for all users, we recommend Admin and Staff users log in with Google or Microsoft SSO because it enables additional features:

  • Send emails directly from contact profiles (via Google/Microsoft integration)

  • Schedule and send calendar appointments from contact profiles

  • Email sync in contact history

Without SSO, Admin/Staff can still use bulk emails, campaigns, and blast emails—but contact profile email/appointment features require the Google/Microsoft integration.

Agents and Affiliates don't have access to contact profile email/calendar features, so SSO is optional but still available if preferred.

Why is Google or Microsoft asking me to change my password when I log in?

If you use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, that password prompt comes from Google or Microsoft, not from Brokerkit. Brokerkit does not manage or reset your Google Workspace or Microsoft password.

If Google or Microsoft requires a password change before it lets you continue, follow your organization's normal IT/security process. When in doubt, contact your internal IT team before entering credentials. After the Google or Microsoft account is working again, return to Brokerkit and sign in with the same SSO option.
