What are triggers?
Triggers in Brokerkit automate communication and tasks based on events, improving follow-ups and engagement with agents and recruits. Many of our triggers have pre-built campaign templates in the campaign library, which can be used with them.

Agent Alert Campaign Templates
If your account uses Relitix Agent Alerts, Brokerkit also supports campaign templates for Agent Alert-triggered follow-up. These templates are under the Relitix category in the Campaign Library and are useful when you want to automatically start a recruiting or retention campaign after activity such as a new listing, pending sale, contract, or closing.
Agent Alert templates can use variables that reference the alert details, including:

Use the variable group that matches the Agent Alert trigger. For example, a New Closing trigger should use closing variables.
