Brokerkit has built a Campaign Library to distribute campaign templates to our clients to use as a baseline to edit for your recruiting and retention campaigns.
No Campaigns in the Dropdown?
If you see "No campaigns found" when trying to add a campaign to your recruits or retention contacts, it means you need to create campaigns first. You have three options:
- Create a campaign from scratch — Go to Campaigns in the left-side menu, click Compose Campaign, and select Create from scratch. See Creating and Applying Smart Campaigns for a full walkthrough.
- Duplicate an existing campaign — If another user on your account has already built campaigns, you can duplicate and edit one from the Compose Campaign screen.
- Copy from the Campaign Library — Browse pre-built campaign templates below, preview them, and copy them to your account. This is the fastest way to get started.
Once you have campaigns in your account, they will appear in the dropdown when adding them to contacts.
How to Navigate to Your Campaign Library
- In the left-side menu, select Campaigns and then click the Campaign Library button.
- After clicking on Campaign Library, it opens to a list of pre-built campaigns.

- Replace placeholders with real content

When you see content in the campaigns that looks like {{firstName}}, and that is a Variable that will merge in that field from the lead or agent when the campaign is triggered.
