If you need to speak with a human support team member instead of our AI assistant, simply use one of these phrases:

  • "Chat with someone"
  • "Live agent" or "Live support"

  • "Escalate"
  • "Manager" or "Supervisor"
  • "Request a callback"
  • "I need more assistance" or "I need more help"
  • "I need to talk with a person"

What happens: When you use one of these phrases, our AI assistant will immediately notify a human support team member. You'll see a message confirming that your request has been received and a team member will join the conversation.
