Meetings that BrokerKit hosts with you — onboarding sessions, sales/demo calls, support calls scheduled through the Training Calendar — are held on Google Meet. Your calendar invite from us will include the Google Meet link. If you are sending an appointment to someone from BrokerKit (using Set Appointment on a contact profile), the platform on the invite depends on how you signed in to BrokerKit: - Signed in with Google (SSO): BrokerKit creates a Google Calendar event on your calendar. If your Google Calendar settings are configured to automatically add a Google Meet video conference to events, the invite that goes out to your contact will include a Google Meet link. Toggle this from your Google Calendar settings under Event settings → Automatically add Google Meet video conferences to events I create. - Signed in with Microsoft (SSO): BrokerKit creates a Microsoft Outlook event. Microsoft 365 can be configured similarly to attach a Microsoft Teams link by default. - If you are not using SSO, the appointment is logged in BrokerKit but no calendar event is automatically created on the recipient's side. See Setting Appointments for Yourself and Others for the full appointment workflow.

How to Identify Unsubscribed Contacts in Your Email List

Summary This article explains how to find out who has unsubscribed from your email communications and how Brokerkit automatically protects you from being blocked. Finding Unsubscribed Contacts To identify contacts who have unsubscribed from your emails, you can use the Engagement Filter in both the Recruiting and Retention sections. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Navigate to Recruiting or Retention depending on where you want to search for unsubscribed contacts. 2. Click on "Show Advanced Options" to access the Engagement Filter. 3. Select "Email Unsubscribes" from the dropdown menu. 4. Choose the time period for your search to narrow down the results. 5. Apply the filter to display the list of contacts who have unsubscribed from your emails. Important Notes Brokerkit automatically suppresses emails to unsubscribed contacts. When a contact unsubscribes, they are immediately added to a suppression list. This means Brokerkit will automatically prevent any emails from being sent to them, even if they are included in bulk emails or smart campaigns. This automatic suppression protects you from being blocked or blacklisted by email providers. Regularly cleaning your contact lists by archiving unsubscribed or bounced contacts can help improve email deliverability and avoid failed sends, even though unsubscribed contacts are already suppressed automatically. Conclusion By using the Engagement Filter and selecting "Email Unsubscribes," you can easily identify which contacts have unsubscribed from your email communications. Remember that Brokerkit automatically prevents emails from being sent to these contacts to protect your email reputation and avoid blacklisting.
