Once you've met with a lead, you'll need to log the appointment to keep your reporting accurate and your funnel moving.
From the Today screen, find your lead under Upcoming Appointments and click Log Meeting.

Alternatively, from the Recruiting screen, you can select a lead to open their profile and click Log Appt along the top action bar.

Log any notes from your meeting, set a Pipeline Rating, and schedule your next Follow Up. Logging the appointment will automatically update the lead's status to Needs Evaluated. If the meeting went particularly well, you can change their status to Signed and move them into Retention.

Logging vs. Setting a future appointment: The Log Appt button is only for appointments that have already occurred — it adds notes and updates reporting after the meeting is over.
If you have an appointment scheduled for a future date and want to track it in BrokerKit, use the Appt button (instead of Log Appt) and click Save Appt when finished. The appointment is saved in the contact profile as an upcoming appointment, appears on your Today view under Upcoming Appointments, and is included in your Daily Recruiting Agenda Email — without sending a calendar invite to the lead. Reschedule an upcoming appointment
To change an appointment that has not happened yet:
- Go to Recruiting > Today.
- In Upcoming Appointments, select the appropriate tab (Today, This Week, Next Week, or Last Week) to find the appointment.
- Click Reschedule beside the appointment. This opens the appointment form for that lead.
- Update the date, time, time zone, or other details, then save or send the updated appointment.

Use Reschedule in Upcoming Appointments to change a future appointment.
Use the Trash icon only when you want to delete an appointment. If the original appointment was sent to Google Calendar, delete the old Google Calendar event manually; BrokerKit can add calendar events but cannot remove them.
